CHRISMAN FAMILY REUNION (THE LOST TRIBE)

If you've ever wondered about our branch of the Chrisman family you're in for some big surpirses. We've begun with Conrad Custer Chrisman and Minerva Kirby, but our roots began in Germany in the 1600's.

Our ancestors first settled in Virginia then on to the Kentucky wilderness. Chrismans fought in the Revolutionary and Civil Wars, were listed in the first United States Census and had dealings with a young George Washington over a land dispute in Virginia.

They are mentioned in history books and old newspaper articles, have numerous geneology charts constructed, but we are not listed. Find out why..it's an intriguing story!
